VoicesByHer gives survivors a safe, dignified voice, equips communities to prevent gender-based violence, and helps women & girls in every region; rural and urban build independent lives.
VoicesByHer began as a storytelling platform on YouTube, where women come to tell their stories; what they went through, the journey to heal, and where they stand today. After each story, experts join to advise and encourage.
To formalise and grow this work, the platform was registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission as VoicesByHer Women and Girls Empowerment Initiative (VBH) - a women-led NGO now working on three connected fronts.
